BCT History and Past Events
Buckeye Community Theatre was launched in 2005, as an adjunct to the educational mission of the Buckeye Local Schools Education Foundation, and is located within the Buckeye Local School District in northwestern Medina, County, Ohio. Under a multi-year plan to foster cultural enrichment and educational opportunities in the arts, the group held it's first public production, a dinner theatre feast entitled " A Boar's Head Festival" in December, 2006. We did our first full stage musical "Honk!" in 2007, and another Boar's Head Festival event followed for two nights December 2007. In June, 2007, we produced the family comedy "Father Knows Best."
